"I had the wonderful pleasure of working with Kasey G. and I can’t say enough good things about her. I called the office to get information about adding a vehicle to my policy for my son. I previously spoke with someone in the customer service office over the weekend and was quoted an extremely large increase. Kasey was so helpful and found every discount we qualified for bringing the total down tremendously. She was very informative, explained things thoroughly and followed through when she said she would. "I can't imagine anyone purchasing insurance from another company! My bank had me scrambling for information, and threatening me for already provided docs..and I was in tears! If Kasey at State Farm hadn't provided such extraordinary customer service, premium coverage and REAL AGENTS, (like Kasey ❤️), I would be suffering a panic attack! As a fully disabled individual, I need folks who make me feel safe and appreciated...who take the time and care to make sure my needs are met! My policy reflects those needs...and I feel "protected". Thank you for making sure this "queenager" can sleep peacefully each night!"

"Rebecca Elliott at the Gayla Parks Agency has provided superior service for years. She is professional and consistent in her high quality approach to insurance. Just today, September 17, 2024, I had to transfer insurance from one car to a newer car. "I have had the opportunity to interact with 3 or 4 people at the Gayla Parks agency. Most often it has been with Rebecca. They have all played a part in me obtaining and maintaining my insurance coverage—and 100% of the time I have a smile on my face at the end of the call or visit. "I called State Farm today 9/5/24 and talked to Kacey about my upcoming auto insurance renewal. Now that I am 84 years old, my insurance coverage is rather high.
